Jake Boss
Jake Boss is the former head baseball coach at Eastern Michigan. Hired after the 2007 season, he only spent one year at EMU before being hired for the position of head baseball coach at Michigan State University. He previously served as an assistant baseball coach at Michigan. At Michigan, the team posted three consecutive 40 win seasons, and Big Ten titles in 2006 and 2007.
From 1997 to 2004, he served as an assistant at Eastern Michigan. The 2003 team won the MAC Tournament, while posting the MAC Western Division Title. The 2003 team also made it to an NCAA regional. He also served as a high school baseball coach for several years.
On July 1, 2008, he was named head baseball coach at Michigan State University.[1]
